AVOID SELLING YOUR BOOKS TO THIS COMPANY. They’ll claim your item was 'damaged' during shipping and that they’re returning it to you. But here’s the kicker: they never actually send the books back and just keep them. Today, I got the shipping label back in the mail, which this shady company had cut off the package, all while holding onto the books. They never refunded me and kept insisting the item was 'damaged'. Total nonsense, and they don’t give a hoot. Just getting rich off others.

The item was priced well. It was fantastic and just right. The delivery was quick, arriving exactly when they said it would. Overall, I can say my experience with this company was absolutely flawless.

I sent three textbooks using USPS. The shipping tracker never indicated they made it. I didn’t hear a peep. After waiting four weeks, I checked in and was informed that the books were damaged during shipping, couldn’t be accepted, and were sent back. Now, almost four weeks later, I still haven’t gotten the books back. I reached out again, but no response. Did they just take them? Who knows. What are the chances the package gets damaged on the way there and then goes missing on the return trip? I sold some other textbooks around the same time through SellBackYourBook.com with UPS and got my PayPal credit in just a couple of weeks.

I got rid of some old law textbooks. I sent them off and received a confirmation email saying they arrived. After roughly three days, the payment came through in full via PayPal. No problems at all.
